This notice describes how callai.nortinia.com and the Nortinia AI Call Center product line process personal data. Based on GDPR (EU 2016/679).

Nortinia Kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of Nortinia Ltd. group. For live call traffic operated through Nortinia AI Call Center, the customer is the controller and Nortinia Kft. acts as processor.

What we process and why

We only collect personal data necessary for the stated purpose. Call recordings are treated with special care.

  • Log data (IP, UA, request, timestamp, status) — secure operation. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: 90 days.
  • Contact form data (name, email, company, message) — respond to inquiries, prepare quotes. Basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: 3 years.
  • Voice samples (brand-voice module) — biometric-style data. Basis: explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)). Retention: contract + 30 days.
  • Call recordings (live operation) — quality assurance, dispute resolution. Basis: customer's legal basis. Retention: 12 months, then anonymized.
  • Cookies — essential cookies for language and theme. See cookies notice.

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to NAIH.

Security

TLS 1.2+, AES-256-GCM at rest, RBAC, audit logging. Voice samples and call recordings stored in separate, AES-256 encrypted storage.
